Where no two days are the same. YOUR ROLE Support CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) testing activities on‑site, including validation of routers, ONTs, Wi‑Fi devices and IPTV/VoIP services. Execute test plans, document results, analyse issues and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Execute functional, integration and regression tests on CPE devices (Routers, ONTs, STBs, Mesh). Validate firmware releases, configurations and new customer features. Configure and maintain lab environments for broadband, Wi‑Fi, IPTV and VoIP testing. Perform troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis using logs and network tools. Document test results, defects and provide reporting to remote teams. Work closely with engineering teams for issue resolution. YOUR PROFILE

1–3 years experience in QA, testing, or technical support roles. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, NAT, Wi‑Fi, VLANs). Basic understanding of FTTH/GPON services. Experience working with CPE devices (routers, access points, STBs). Ability to execute test cases and raise defects clearly. Greek native speaker and English fluency (spoken & written). Availability for full-time on-site work in  Athens - Greece.. Experience with Wireshark, iperf or similar test tools. Knowledge of IPTV and VoIP technologies. Familiarity with JIRA/Xray or other test management platforms. Basic Linux CLI skills. Previous telco lab experience. Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting mindset.
