- Review FMEA and Control Plan submitted via online quality system ahead of approval by quality board members
- Perform process and product auditing with high attention to detail/standards
- Support continuous improvement by driving quality function and analyzing quality issues/performance
Must-have skills:
- Strong analytical thinking for quality issue/performance analysis
- Knowledge of Quality Management System requirements (ISO 9001:2015) and familiarity with IATF 16949:2016
- Experience with auditing process and product
- Familiarity with semiconductor wafer process
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience using statistical software (Minitab/JMP) (or strong MS Excel usage)
- Demonstrated ability to manage/maintain an online quality system application

Requirements

To manage Mfg & Tech QA quality system (FMEA, Control Plan, and Manufacturing process and product audit) and its on-line application sustenance.

Responsibilities

Review FMEA and Control Plan document submitted thru the on-line quality system before schedule for Quality board members approval. To be thorough and pay attention to detail to ensure the report meet the standard. Experience in auditing process and product.
