Job responsibilities

Perform Single Site Verification drive test.
Perform Cluster level drive test.
Perform Benchmark drive test.
Perform Indoor walk test.
Prepare test plan for different scenarios.
Site engineering parameters preparation and update.
Take part in troubleshooting of RAN quality issues.
Perform analysis of collected logs and prepare reports.
Responsible for the project success and customer satisfaction ensuring during the project delivery process.

Main requirements

Good knowledges of radio theory and antennas characteristics.
Basic knowledges of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR network structure.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good at with Excel/VBA/Access database.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex analysis results to non-technical personnel.
Strong curiosity and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new business requirements.
