Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Software Testing Team Lead with a strong background in embedded systems and aviation software testing. The ideal candidate has managed testing teams, written and executed test cases, and is familiar with RTCA DO-178C. UAV systems and QT framework experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the software testing team to ensure timely, accurate test delivery
Design and maintain test cases from requirements and design docs
Execute manual and automated tests against functional, performance, and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with RTCA DO-178C in safety-critical environments

Qualifications
