Full Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Software Test Manager with strong expertise in the Telecom domain to lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for telecom applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test management, QA strategy, automation, and telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, Provisioning, and Network Operations. Key Responsibilities Define and implement test strategies, plans, and methodologies for telecom projects. Lead and manage QA teams, including manual and automation testers. Oversee all testing phases including SIT, System Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and End-to-End Testing. Ensure testing coverage for telecom applications across OSS/BSS ecosystems. Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables. Manage defect lifecycle, risk assessment, and mitigation plans. Drive test automation initiatives and continuous testing practices. Establish and monitor QA metrics, KPIs, and quality benchmarks. Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and quality standards. Prepare status reports and provide quality insights to senior management. Support production releases and post-deployment validation activities. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of software testing experience with at least 4+ years in a Test Manager role. Mandatory experience in the Telecommunications domain.
