Job description
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with 5+ years of professional QA experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manual functional testing, CMS-driven applications, and accessibility testing, ensuring high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Software QA Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Functional Testing, including test planning, test execution, defect identification, and validation of complex business requirements.
- Proven experience creating, maintaining, and executing test cases, as well as documenting testing activities and results.
- Strong experience testing CMS-driven applications, validating content management, publishing workflows, and user experiences.
- Solid experience performing Accessibility Testing and validating compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of desktop, mobile, responsive, and cross-browser testing.
- Expertise in defect management, including bug reporting, tracking, prioritization, and validation using industry-standard ticketing systems.
- Hands-on experience with test management and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of responsive design testing and front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, identify test scenarios, estimate testing efforts, and assess testing complexity.
- Familiarity with status reporting, task prioritization, and risk assessment practices.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
