**Top 3 Responsibilities: **

Design/develop/maintain automated test scripts (Playwright/Selenium) and ensure test coverage for microservices, micro frontends, and APIs
Run exploratory testing and document defects with data-driven reporting
Perform performance testing with JMeter and analyze scalability/reliability; validate in cloud-based environments and support CI/CD via Azure DevOps
Must-have skills:
- Strong proficiency in Playwright (TypeScript) and QA automation
- Performance testing experience with JMeter and ability to analyze metrics
- Hands-on Azure DevOps + CI/CD testing workflow; strong documentation/reporting and communication skills

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is an in-office position and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products.

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and other test automation tools. Conduct exploratory testing to identify and document software defects. Perform performance testing using JMeter to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications. Test applications in cloud-based platforms. Work with Azure DevOps to manage test cases, test plans, and CI/CD pipelines.

Functional Responsibilities

Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products. Create detailed documentation and data-driven reports to communicate test results and insights. Understand and test microservices, micro frontends, APIs, and provide comprehensive test coverage.

Technical Skills

Strong English communication 5+ years experience with 1+ years of experience in QA automation and exploratory testing. Proficiency in Playwright with TypeScript and other relevant testing tools. Experience with performance testing and analyzing performance metrics. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of testing microservices, micro frontends, and APIs. Excellent documentation and reporting skills with a data-driven approach. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be able to demonstrate experience using agentic coding tools, such as Claude Code or Codex for writing automated tests.

Things that will separate you from the rest

Experience in the Fintech industry. Knowledge of other test automation frameworks and tools. Certifications in QA or related fields.

Education or Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
