Your future duties and responsibilities

Help ensure the quality and reliability of a complex private-cloud platform from development through deployment. You will combine hands-on testing with automation, designing meaningful technical test scenarios, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines and supporting formal acceptance testing across multiple European rollout sites.

Design test cases, scripts and test data based on technical requirements Automate functional, integration, performance and security testing Build and maintain automated regression testing using Python and/or Ansible Support formal test events, dry runs and environment-readiness activities Execute site acceptance and transition-to-operations testing Track defects, test evidence and quality metrics and contribute to formal test reporting

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Active and transferable SECRET-level security clearance - mandatory from the start date (the clearance process can be supported by CGI) 4+ years of professional test engineering experience Hands-on test automation experience using Python and/or Ansible Experience testing infrastructure, virtualisation, networking or platform solutions Experience with JIRA-based test management Strong structured and evidence-driven approach to testing Professional English at C1 level or above ISTQB certification, Robot Framework, security testing or experience in defence/regulated environments is considered an advantage
