We’re Hiring: Delivery & Test Analyst

We’re looking for a Delivery & Test Analyst who goes beyond traditional testing — someone who can interpret requirements, verify delivery, identify gaps, and work directly with the team and developers to resolve issues.

We need someone who thinks through the testing and considers the wider impact, rather than simply executing test scripts. You should be comfortable asking questions, investigating issues independently, challenging unclear requirements, and communicating findings clearly.

What you’ll be responsible for Interpret tickets, specifications, process maps, and supporting documentation independently. Question unclear, conflicting, or incomplete requirements rather than making assumptions. Create test scenarios covering expected outcomes, edge cases, negative cases, and regression impacts. Reconcile calculations, trace data, and confirm totals — particularly for Cost to Serve, billing, settlements, and tariff products. Record expected and actual results and provide screenshots/evidence where required. Raise clear, detailed defects with accurate steps to reproduce. Work directly with developers to clarify defects, answer questions, and retest fixes efficiently. Identify discrepancies in calculations, labels, dates, permissions, workflow behaviour, and presentation. Investigate issues first and bring findings and recommendations rather than immediately asking what to do next. Learn unfamiliar products, energy concepts, and calculation rules relatively quickly. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Useful tools & experience Smartsheet or similar ticketing/project management platforms. Manual system, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivots, and reconciliations. API and database testing, ideally with tools such as Postman and basic SQL. Experience working with SaaS products, particularly those with multiple clients or tenant-specific configurations. Experience testing financial, billing, energy, or other rules-based systems.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, business analysis, or a similar delivery-focused role.

Willingness to work onsite during night shift hours (between 9: 00 PM – 11:00 PM start time).
