**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
Create/execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases aligned to business requirements.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects; validate end-to-end functionality including integrations.

**Must-have skills: **

Strong Salesforce QA experience across configuration/customization and core clouds (Sales/Service/Experience).
Ability to test Apex, Lightning components, Flows, and Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP.
Test case design and defect lifecycle management (identify/track/retest).

**Nice-to-haves: **

Automation testing experience with Selenium/Provar/Copado Robotic Testing (or similar).
Experience coordinating with Business Analysts/Developers/Product Owners/Stakeholders for requirement clarification.

Required Technical Skill Set – Salesforce QA Job Responsibilities  Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.  Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations.  Create and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.  Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.  Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements.  Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.  Perform end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.  Support automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools.
