Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, plants, suppliers) to ensure robust corrective and preventive actions. Support supplier quality for electronic components, including qualification (PPAP-like), audits, and compliance (RoHS, CE). Define and maintain testing standards (functional, reliability, environmental, connectivity, software validation). Monitor and analyze quality KPIs (field failure rate, warranty, CoQ) using tools like SAP QM and Power BI. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants and suppliers globally.
Internal & External Relationships You will collaborate closely with Corporate Quality, R&D (electronics & firmware), manufacturing plants, procurement, suppliers, and after-sales teams worldwide.
