Top 3 responsibilities:
- Design/develop/execute performance test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner/Perf Center, JMeter, or NeoLoad
- Collaborate with dev/infra to create realistic load models and simulate user/API behavior; perform end-to-end API performance testing
- Analyze results (with monitoring tools), identify bottlenecks, and produce performance reports/recommendations; support tuning efforts (app/DB)
Must-have skills:
- 5–8 years performance testing experience; strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to write/execute SQL for test data validation and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Dynatrace (or similar) for monitoring during test execution
- Strong communication/collaboration; reporting of key findings and recommendations
- Experience with Azure networking components listed above

Role: Performance Test Engineer

Work Mode: Remote

5–8 years of experience in performance testing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner or Performance Center, Jmeter and NeoLoad
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design realistic load models and simulate user behavior under various scenarios.
Perform end-to-end API performance testing, identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimizations.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate test data, troubleshoot performance issues, and support test scenarios.
Utilize Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools to monitor application performance, infrastructure metrics, and system behavior during test execution.
Analyze test results and generate comprehensive performance test reports with key findings and recommendations.
Participate in performance tuning efforts across application and database layers.
Design and implement Azure networking solutions including VNets, NSGs, Application Gateways, and Load Balancers Support.
