This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work when you want, as much as you want.

What You'll Do

Engage in natural and exploratory conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety Identify issues including factual errors, awkward phrasing, unhelpful answers, or potential bias Push AI systems with creative, nuanced, or challenging prompts to uncover their limits Record structured, detailed feedback to help research teams improve AI performance Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
