Manage end-to-end testing of new products and enhancements across customer acquisition and in-life products

Experience in Functional, Regression/Smoke testing and System testing using Manual and Automated testing tools (Selenium desirable) Manage the end-to-end testing of new products and enhancements across our customer acquisition and in-life products. Work closely with product and development teams to identify test requirements and test scenarios. Understand, analyse, and validate business processes, systems, and requirements to develop comprehensive test plans. Create and execute manual and automated tests according to the effecting plans put in place, documenting bugs or errors with relevant detail. ( Automation is only good to have) Independently evaluate the work according to the business requirements. Work collaboratively within our delivery team and the wider business to implement new features and enhancements. Experience in data quality analysis and remediation Excellent knowledge of test methodologies and QA processes Experience leading end to end testing including systems, integration, regression, UAT and UI testing across a range of environments. Testing integration between internal systems/software and third-party systems and applications. Report bugs and errors to development teams. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing. Have experience of Agile development methodology. Working knowledge of Azure platforms desirable but not essential. Demonstrable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, customer driven mindset and ability to think outside the box . Strong debugging skills to effectively identify and analyse root causes of issues
