Summary

We provide a curated job board, alerts, newsletters, resume tools, Pro Application Kit (PAKit), and AI-assisted features.
Listings, scores, and recommendations are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You are responsible for verifying job details and for how you use AI-generated content.
We may update or remove content at any time and can suspend access for violations.

You must use the Services lawfully and provide accurate account and profile information.
You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for activity performed under your account.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

PAKit artifacts (including cover letters, proof maps, interview Q&A, checks and fixes, and summaries) are generated from data you provide and model outputs; they are assistive tools, not guarantees of job outcomes.
ATS match scores and AI outputs are estimates intended to help you tailor resumes and interview prep.
You must review and validate all AI outputs before use, and you must not submit false or misleading claims.
We may use third-party service providers to process text and context you submit for AI features and PAKit generation.

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not post unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene material.
Do not attempt to disrupt the Services, bypass rate limits, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted systems, or access data you are not authorized to access.
Do not use the Services to submit malware, phishing content, or fraudulent job or company information.
We may remove content without notice and we reserve the right to moderate or delete posts deemed inappropriate.

Some features, including full PAKit workflows, may require a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions renew based on your selected billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and lawful adjustments.
Where a refund policy applies, eligibility and timing are governed by the purchase flow and applicable law.
If payment fails, we may retry charges and may suspend premium access until payment issues are resolved.

By contributing content, you grant QATestingJobs a license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
You agree to link back to our site or app screen when using our APIs or data in your products.

Job listings, company pages, and third-party links may be provided by external parties and can change or expire without notice.

QATestingJobs is liable for direct damages caused by our breach of these Terms, negligence, or violation of applicable law, subject to the limitations below.

Except where prohibited by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Except where prohibited by law, QATestingJobs aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services are provided "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific hiring outcomes.
Information may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and can change without notice.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

You agree to indemnify QATestingJobs, its employees, and agents against losses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised, you violate these Terms, or continued access creates security or legal risk.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Some obligations (including payment, IP, liability, and dispute provisions) survive termination.

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including how we process PAKit and AI-related inputs and outputs.
By using PAKit features, you authorize processing necessary to generate, store, and export your requested artifacts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Honolulu, Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting support@qatestingjobs.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, claims will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Honolulu, Hawaii, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
