Who controls your data

• Payment information for sponsored listings or employer services (handled securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card details).
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
• Usage and device data such as browser type, IP address, and on-site actions for analytics and security.

Pro Application Kit (PAKit) and AI processing

• When you use PAKit or other AI features, we process the minimum required inputs such as your resume content, job description text, score context, and selected preferences.
• We may send relevant content to trusted subprocessors that provide model inference, storage, observability, or security functions needed to deliver PAKit and AI outputs.
• We instruct providers to process this content only to provide the requested service, and we do not permit unrelated marketing use of your content.
• You remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before submitting job applications.

Legal bases for processing

• Consent: where you opt in to newsletters, optional communications, or optional processing.
• Contract: where processing is required to provide Services you request, including PAKit generation and account functionality.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, monitor, debug, and improve the Services, prevent abuse, and maintain platform reliability.
• Legal obligations: where required by tax, accounting, compliance, or lawful government request.

How we use information

• Deliver and maintain the Services, including sending job alerts or product updates you opt into.
• Provide ATS match scores, PAKit artifacts, AI resume suggestions, and other features you request.
• Personalize your experience, for example by highlighting relevant jobs or preserving your workflow state.
• Monitor usage, analytics, and service performance to improve the platform.
• Respond to inquiries, support tickets, trust and safety requests, and feedback.
