Qualifications
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of degree) 7+ years of experience in software testing 5 years in automation-focused roles Proven expertise in designing and maintaining automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Tosca, Playwright, or UFT) Strong programming proficiency in Java and Python Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, with hands-on experience integrating automated tests into pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Proficient in database validation and complex SQL scripting Experience leading automation initiatives for large, multi-tiered enterprise or healthcare systems Preferred Qualifications Experience testing Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare transaction processing systems preferred Familiarity with performance, API, and service virtualization tools Knowledge of AI concepts and their application in software testing, including effective use of GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted tools within Visual Studio Strong knowledge of data-driven testing and test data management strategies Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to innovate and influence best practices in test automation Why us?
