DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced QA / Tools & Automation Engineers with strong hands-on automation skills (Swift, Python) to join our Apple Media Services (AMS) QA team. You will work on some of Apple’s most well-known applications and play a key role in improving product quality through automation, tooling, and intelligent testing strategies. You will own and drive test automation approaches and strategies, executing functional, acceptance, compatibility, integration, and reliability testing through automated frameworks for both mobile and desktop applications. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams across Apple Music, Apple TV+, Podcasts, and other Apple apps to design and maintain scalable systems that validate critical features across devices and backend services. These systems span consumer-facing UI as well as backend APIs and services. You will contribute directly to the development of test applications, frameworks, and tooling used for API and UI automation. You’ll collaborate with engineering partners to define testing strategies and work on infrastructure initiatives that improve the scalability, reliability, and intelligence of our test systems. This is a highly technical and collaborative role, well-suited for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems through code, infrastructure, and AI-driven quality innovation.
