As a Software Validation Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, computer vision, and large-scale data analysis, validating advanced systems that detect vehicles and road conditions to dynamically control headlights - dramatically improving nighttime visibility and driver safety. You’ll be a key contributor to the HLB Functional & Performance Analysis (FPA) team, collaborating closely with algorithm developers and product leaders to ensure our technology meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

What your job will look like

• Design and develop advanced validation tools and methodologies for functional testing and big-data analysis using Python.
• Analyze and evaluate system performance in complex, ML-based environments.
• Help plan and implement next-generation validation processes.
• Define and shape product quality metrics, validation strategies, and success/failure criteria.
• Work cross-functionally with algorithm engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Play a central role in transforming massive data sets into actionable insights.

All you need is

• BSc in Computer Science or a related exact sciences field.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Linux - an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multitasking environment.
