Top 3 responsibilities

Own the UAT process from planning to sign-off, including test planning, execution, and sign-off

Create and execute test plans and test cases, ensuring full coverage of scope; facilitate walkthroughs; report defects and assist developers in investigation

Collaborate with ShopeePay Business Product Managers, business units, regional PMs, and developers to understand requirements, build test scripts, and resolve bugs/glitches
Must-have skills

3–6 years in Software Quality Assurance; 5+ years in QA roles within banking/financial services or leading tech companies

Review Requirements documents and Mock-ups Collaborate with Business Product Managers to define acceptance criteria Create Test Plan and ensure that all scope has been covered Creation of test cases and ensuring that all scope defined in Test Plan has been covered Facilitate Test Plan walkthrough Prepare Timeline estimation and Perform Test execution using different type of Testing Report defects and help developers in investigation by checking of logs and Portal Ensures smooth, timely and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working; ownership of the whole UAT process from planning, execution to sign-off Work with directly with ShopeePay Business Product Managers, different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements, build test scripts and resolution of bugs / glitches Handle multiple and complex projects at the same time and work with minimal to no supervision Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any related course 3 - 6 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance. At least 5 years of Quality Assurance & Systems Testing experience in the Philippines banking, financial services companies or leading tech companies in a related industry Hands-on experience with launching and managing new products features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
