We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. 職務内容 取り扱い製品：車内カメラ・レーダーシステム（例：ドライバーモニタリング、乗員モニタリング） ◆ミッション 次世代のドライバー／乗員モニタリングシステムのシステムバリデーションエンジニア カメラ・レーダーを用いたシステムの品質と信頼性を担保する役割 システム要求を網羅するテスト計画・テストケース・テスト環境を構築する 厳格なテストを実行し、結果の整合性を確保する ◆業務内容 ①テスト戦略・仕様策定： システム要求を理解・分析し、システムエンジニアと協力して、カメラ／レーダー機能を含むテスト計画を作成し、抜け漏れのないテストを実現する ドライバー監視や疲労検知、乗員分類などの機能に対して、分かりやすく再利用できるテストケースを作成・管理する テスト関連ドキュメントのレビューに参加し、内容の正しさと一貫性をチェックして品質を高める ②テスト環境・テスト実行： テスト環境の要件整理と構築を主導し、HIL（Hardware-in-the-Loop）や実車環境を含むバリデーション環境を正しく維持する 定められた範囲・戦略に沿って、手動・自動のシステムテストを実施する テスト結果や不適合、ログ、性能指標を正確に記録・管理する ③分析・レポーティング： テスト中の問題を一次解析・切り分けし、開発チームが原因を特定できるよう詳細情報を提供する OEMと直接連携してシステムテストや共同バリデーションを進める 問題や逸脱があれば、解決策を含めてシステムテストリードに報告する プロジェクトマイルストーンに沿ってテスト活動の完了を支援する ◆出張 つくばへ週1回ほど（日帰り） ※テストの一部をつくばで行っているため ◆本ポジションの魅力 Valeoの中でもスケールが大きいプロジェクトです ADAS機能・Automotive Interior Electronicsすべて含めたグローバルプロジェクトとなります ◆その他 給与：6.5M ※スキル経験に応じて相談可能 チーム構成：5～10名程度 ◆必須 自動車業界でのシステムテストまたはバリデーションの実務経験（目安3年～） - Python、C++ などのスクリプト言語を用いたテスト自動化スキル - CANoe、CANalyzer などの自動車向けテストツールおよびCAN、Automotive Ethernet などの車載通信プロトコルの知識 - FTA、FMEA などを用いた高い分析力・問題解決力・原因分析能力 - Git などのバージョン管理システムの使用経験 組込みシステム（ソフトウェアおよびハードウェア）の知識 要求分析およびテストケース作成の実務経験 自動車向けプロセスモデル（例：ASPICE、Vモデル）の知識 日本語：ロービジネスレベル 英語：ビジネスレベル ◆尚可 ADAS、コンピュータビジョン、カメラシステム、レーダー技術のテスト経験 ◆求める人物像 技術的な内容を顧客や社内チームに分かりやすく伝えられる高いコミュニケーション力およびレポーティング能力 品質に強くこだわる、主体的かつ几帳面な姿勢 論理的思考力と、新しい技術を自ら学習する姿勢 ◆Products: In-cabin camera and radar systems (e.g., Driver Monitoring Systems, Occupant Monitoring Systems) ◆Mission： Serve as a System Validation Engineer for next-generation driver and occupant monitoring systems Ensure the quality and reliability of camera- and radar-based systems Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test environments that cover all system requirements Execute rigorous testing and ensure the consistency and accuracy of results ◆Responsibilities 1) Test Strategy & Specification： Understand and analyze system requirements and collaborate with system engineers to create test plans that include camera and radar functions, ensuring complete coverage Develop and maintain clear, reusable test cases for functions such as driver monitoring, fatigue detection, and occupant classification Participate in the review of test-related documents to verify correctness and consistency, enhancing overall quality 2) Test Environment & Execution： Lead the definition and construction of test environment requirements, maintaining validation environments including HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and vehicle-level testing Execute manual and automated system tests according to defined scope and strategy Accurately record and manage test results, nonconformities, logs, and performance metrics 3) Analysis & Reporting： Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of issues encountered during testing, providing detailed information to support the development team in identifying root causes Collaborate directly with OEMs to conduct system tests and joint validation activities Report issues or deviations, including proposed solutions, to the System Test Lead Support the completion of testing activities in line with project milestones ◆Business Travel - Approximately once per week (day trips) to Tsukuba ※Some system testing is conducted in Tsukuba. ◆Attractiveness of this position One of the largest-scale projects within Valeo A global project covering all ADAS functions and Automotive Interior Electronics ◆Additional Information Salary: JPY 6.5M ※Negotiable depending on skills and experience Team size: Approximately 5–10 members [Required] Practical experience in system testing or validation in the automotive industry (approximately 3+ years) - Test automation skills using scripting languages such as Python or C++ - Knowledge of automotive test tools such as CANoe and CANalyzer, as well as in-vehicle communication protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills using methods such as FTA and FMEA - Experience using version control systems such as Git Knowledge of embedded systems (both software and hardware) Practical experience in requirements analysis and test case creation Knowledge of automotive process models (e.g., ASPICE, V-model) Japanese: Low business-level proficiency English: Business-level proficiency [Preferred] Experience testing ADAS, computer vision, camera systems, or radar technologies [Desired Profile] Strong communication and reporting skills, able to clearly explain technical information to customers and internal teams Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality Logical thinking ability and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies Job: R&D Engineer Organization: Steering and Monitoring R&D Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2025-12-19 Join Us !
