Role & seniority: Senior/experienced Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) within Supplier Engineering; reports to SQE team.
Stack/tools: PCBA quality processes; DFm/DFx for new products; supplier quality management; cross-functional collaboration (Supply Chain, R&D, Contract Manufacturers); knowledge of semiconductor package processes and PCB design is a plus.
On-the-ground monitoring of contract manufacturers for PCBA issues from incoming materials through assembly and customer returns; drive issue resolution with suppliers, SQE, and R&D.

Collaborate with Suppliers, Contract Manufacturers, Supply Chain, SQE, and R&D on DFm/DFx for new products.
8+ years of direct industry experience; degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving techniques; experience in managing supplier quality.

Willingness to travel 15-20%.
