Role & seniority: Functional Test Technician (mid-level)
Stack/tools: Electrical testing equipment; MS Office; ability to read schematics/technical drawings; adherence to safety protocols
Conduct final acceptance tests on electrical systems (functional, performance, safety)
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement corrective actions with design/production teams
Compile test reports, maintain records, and communicate results; drive continuous improvement
Must-have skills: HND/HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics; ≥2 years in electrical system testing (prefer FAT); strong attention to detail; ability to work in a team and independently; proficiency with testing tools and interpreting schematics; knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of industry standards/regulatory requirements beyond basics; exposure to continuous improvement processes; strong written/verbal communication; problem-solving capabilities
