We are looking for a visionary QA Director to define and drive the end-to-end quality strategy for our Web and Native Mobile Applications. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the future of digital quality assurance, champion automation-first practices, and ensure flawless customer experiences across platforms. You will lead a team of senior QA Managers, QA Leads and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver world-class digital products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strategic Influence: Own the QA roadmap for all digital channels (Web & Mobile) and influence product quality at scale.
Innovation Focus: Drive adoption of AI-powered testing, cloud-based device farms, and next-gen automation frameworks.

Skills
Masters / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years in QA leadership roles, with deep expertise in Web and Mobile application testing. Proven success in strategic QA leadership within large-scale, agile environments. Hands-on experience with Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy, Postman, and browser-based testing tools. Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, cross functional testing, cross-browser/device testing, and native accessibility testing (VoiceOver & TalkBack). Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools, cloud device solutions (e.g., BrowserStack) Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, and SQL for data validation.
Methodologies: Expert in SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
