We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with solid experience in native mobile test automation using Espresso and/or XCUITest.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Android and iOS applications by designing, building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
This is a hands-on technical role working closely with developers, QA engineers and product owners to embed automation and quality into every part of our delivery process. Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

Design, implement and maintain automated test suites for native Android and/or iOS applications using Espresso and/or XCUITest Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis and continuously improve automation reliability and performance Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria thoroughly, asking critical and relevant questions to clarify edge cases and improve testability Collaborate with developers, test engineers and product owners to integrate test automation and quality practices throughout the development lifecycle Troubleshoot critical issues, reproduce and verify reported bugs and drive continuous improvement in test coverage and stability Contribute to the continuous evolution of testing strategy, tooling and reporting within the mobile QA domain
At least 2 years of hands-on experience testing native mobile applications on iOS and/or Android platforms Proficiency in writing automated tests using Espresso (Kotlin) and/or XCUITest (Swift) Proven experience creating and implementing effective test strategies and approaches for mobile applications Strong understanding of mobile testing practices, mobile application architecture and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, analyze failures and improve automation reliability
Familiarity with configuring and running Continuous Integration (CI) tools like AWS CodeBuild and GitHub Actions. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality outcomes Excellent communication skills with a track record of resolving cross-team challenges and fostering alignment Practical experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams, including planning, executing, and reporting test strategies Capacity to deliver thoroughly tested functionality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience in test automation beyond native mobile applications (such as web UI and backend/API) is an advantage ISTQB Foundation, Agile and/or Advanced Test Automation certification.
