As a member of the Embedded Software Validation team and in close relationship with the Embedded Software Development team, you are responsible to ensure the quality and performance of the firmware driving our state-of-the-art electronic products. These products include audio amplifiers, processors, media converters and networking equipment. You will be closely involved in the firmware development planning and will deep dive in various technical topics like signal distribution, digital audio processing, network protocols, device management and many others. Your main tasks will include: Development of re-usable software libraries to facilitate the validation of specific features. Design and development of a common user interface for test bench management. Development of test sequences to validate each device functionality. Analysis and reporting of potential issues encountered during test execution. Debugging of regressions with the development team. Continuous improvement and optimization of the software and hardware test environment. Investigate complex issues reported by our customers. Your profile: Master’s degree in electronic engineering or computer science. 5 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of .NET Framework (C# or VB.NET), knowledge in Object Oriented Programming. Good spoken and written English. Excellent analytical skills, perseverance, and attention to detail. Curious, eager to learn and quickly adapt to new requirements and technologies.
