About the Role

A hands-on role combining automation development with process establishment and best practices. You'll work directly with the CTO and be a key partner in technical decisions.

What You'll Do

• Write automation tests for React Native mobile app

• Build testing infrastructure and integrate with CI/CD

• Define QA processes and best practices

• Perform manual testing and regression

• Eventually - recruit and grow the QA team

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience

• Significant experience writing automation (Appium / Detox / similar)

• Experience with React Native apps - required

• Ability to write real code (not just record & playback tools)

• Experience building QA processes from scratch or significant improvement of

• existing ones

• Hebrew and English - high proficiency

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile apps in B2C / subscription environment

• CI/CD knowledge (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar)

• Experience recruiting and mentoring QA engineers

• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Firebase, or other analytics tools
