AlgoShack is looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Python and Selenium to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automation frameworks, test execution, and reporting, with experience in testing medical or embedded software being a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium Execute automated test suites and analyze results, ensuring accurate reporting and defect tracking Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to understand requirements and testing needs Implement and enhance automation frameworks for UI, API, and database testing Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines where applicable Identify automation candidates and contribute to improving test coverage and efficiency Ensure testing activities comply with quality standards, especially in regulated environments Maintain test artifacts, documentation, and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Up to 5 years of experience in test automation Strong hands-on experience with Python and Selenium Solid understanding of automated test execution and reporting Experience in UI testing, API testing, and database (DB) testing Good understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in testing medical devices, healthcare applications, or embedded systems Exposure to regulated environments and formal verification processes Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation integration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
