Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related; Relevant certifications in software testing and automation, such as ISTQB or Selenium WebDriver, are advantageous; Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation; Proven track record of designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts; Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium or Cucumber; Experience in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation; Ability to design and develop comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements; Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI; Proficiency in version control systems such as Git for managing test automation code repositories; Experience in testing web applications across different browsers and mobile applications across various devices and platforms; Proficiency in API testing techniques and tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI; Knowledge of SQL for database testing and experience in writing SQL queries to validate data integrity; Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools such as JMeter or Gatling; Understanding of security testing principles and tools for identifying vulnerabilities in software applications; Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and troubleshoot issues; Fluent in English and French
