Senior QA Automation Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, lead the implementation of automated testing strategies using your in-depth knowledge of QA processes. You'll oversee the creation of comprehensive test plans, mentor junior testers, and integrate the latest testing technologies, ensuring robust and efficient testing across projects.

What You Will Do

Strategize and oversee the creation of automated test cases and test plans for verifying complex product functionalities. Lead collaborations with development teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters for in-depth product requirement and design reviews. Manage the bug and enhancement tracking process, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up. Conduct comprehensive investigations and analyses of product defects, driving improvements. Develop and implement a robust Test Automation strategy across multiple projects. Design and generate advanced API level automated test scripts, utilizing a range of technologies.

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience with QA Automation. Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions. Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage. Demonstrated ability to make informed technical decisions and apply the best approach for each use case. IT infrastructure knowledge. Advanced level of English.
