Semi Senior Testing at BairesDev

Step into the Semi Senior Testing role, utilizing your experience to handle more complex testing scenarios. You'll play a key role in test planning, execution, and defect tracking, contributing significantly to the assurance of software quality and reliability.

What you will do

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex software applications. Lead bug tracking and bug reporting, ensuring detailed documentation and follow-up. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand business requirements and ensure that the application meets quality standards. Mentor junior testers, guiding them in best practices in manual testing and career development. Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, introducing improvements and best practices. Participate in the integration of automated testing tools and methodologies to complement manual testing efforts.

What we are looking for

3+ years of experience with Testing. Proven experience with APIs and Web Services. Experience with database technologies. Advanced knowledge of algorithms and data structures. Basic IT infrastructure knowledge. Experience in designing and implementing software modules for real-world applications. Proficient in writing and implementing unit tests. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Advanced level of English.
