Role & seniority: Manual Tester with 3+ years of experience (mid-level)
Stack/tools: JIRA; Office 365; QA documentation (test plans, test scripts, evidence reports); English and French (fluency required)
Elicit, document, and validate technical and functional requirements; identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements
Prepare use cases and ensure alignment of test cases with specifications; participate in and follow up technical integration tests
Execute various software tests to verify alignment with requirements; update related testing documentation
BS/MS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or IT-related discipline
3+ years as a manual tester
Excellent JIRA knowledge
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Proficiency with Office 365 tools
Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
Experience in multilingual or international environments beyond the required languages
Exposure to additional testing tools or automated testing where applicable (not required)

Job Description Model the current situation (AS-IS) and requirements (TO-BE); Ability to elicit and document technical requirements; Preparation of use cases for validation of the solution under implementation; Participation and follow-up in technical integration tests; Manage and validate the requirements; Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements; Analyze functional and technical specifications to ensure that the construction and definition of test cases is in agreement; Execution of different types of software tests in order to validate that the developed solutions respond to the requirements defined in the technical and functional specifications, ensuring compliance with the defined testing framework; Updating documentation and deliverables related to testing (test plans, test scripts and evidence reports).
