We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven skin analysis platform. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product by identifying issues early and validating new features.

About the product Haut.AI is an innovative SaaS product that automates the collection of high-quality skin data. We help skincare brands provide skin testing and build interactive product recommendations on e-commerce platforms.

What you'll need to do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Review requirement specifications and provide timely, meaningful feedback
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to clarify requirements and align on testing goals
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.

What will help you thrive in this role

• Hands-on experience with WEB and API testing is a must
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of client–server architecture and HTTP principles
• Up-to-date knowledge of SQL for data validation and test data preparation
• Familiarity with non-functional testing concepts
• Practical experience with test automation (Python / Pytest)
• Experience in non-functional testing (performance, security, load testing)
• Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts
• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure also suitable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Russian language is a plus.
