Role: Test Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Pune, India/Anywhere in India (Hybrid)

Exp: 3-5 Years Hybrid role Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our SAP SuccessFactors project team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of SAP SuccessFactors applications. You will collaborate closely with test managers, developers, business analysts, and project managers across the software development lifecycle to deliver robust, high-quality HR technology solutions. Your Role & Responsibilities Testing & Quality Assurance Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to understand scope and testing needs. Develop comprehensive and traceable test cases aligned with business and functional requirements.

Design and execute multiple testing types including

• Functional Testing
• Integration Testing
• Regression Testing
• Execute test cases, record results, and log defects accurately.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and defect trends are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Automation & Tooling
• Explore opportunities for test automation and support an automation-first testing approach.
• Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze outcomes for defects and improvements.
• Manage test execution and defect lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work effectively within diverse, inclusive, and cross-functional teams.
• Build strong, constructive client and stakeholder relationships.
