Role & seniority: Quality Control / Inspection lead (6+ years experience; senior QC/QA contact)
Stack/tools: Read drawings; use measuring instruments; basic Office (Word, Excel); on-site inspection workflows
Own supplier shipment quality control and ensure all products are inspected before delivery
Collect, summarize inspection data and report to relevant teams; support shipment activities; escalate critical issues to management
Ensure quality across machining and assembly workshops; support other SQE for clear quality issue information; perform other duties as assigned
College degree or above; engineering/mechanical preferred
≥6 years in quality control or inspection (iron casting and stainless steel casting processes experience)
Experience QC of iron and SS casting and machining; valve or similar product experience preferred
Ability to read drawings; proficient with measuring instruments; basic Office tools
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (reading/writing)

Location & work type: Full-time on-site at assigned site/factories; on-site quality control of shipments and production processes
Responsible for all quality control and inspection from assigned site/factories. • Full time work at assigned site/factories • Expected to do inspection for all shipments out of assigned site/factories. • Take responsibility for the components from outsourced suppliers, mostly Iron casting. • Help ensure the quality of their machining workshop. • Help ensure the quality of their assembly workshop. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Take ownership of assigned supplier shipment quality control. Make sure all products are inspected before delivery. Collect and summary the inspection date, report to related team. Provide effective and professional support to shipment activities, when needed, Address timely and effective communication internally and externally. Escalate the critical issues to management for support, when necessary. Support other SQE to get more clear information for quality issue from related plant. Other job assigned by leader. EDUCATION: College or above, Engineering & mechanical is preferred QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 6 years of Quality control or inspection related experience. Have iron & SS casting process & quality control experience. Have experience Iron and SS machining quality control experience. Valve or similar products work experience are preferred.
