We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team! If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love solving challenges, and want to work on impactful projects, this is your calling!
Responsibilities
Create and Document Tests: Develop detailed manual test cases with both positive and negative criteria, covering all possible scenarios.
Be Proactive: Take initiative to improve processes, identify issues early, and stay ahead of potential roadblocks.
Master the Product: Gain a deep understanding of product features through documentation, team discussions, and active clarification.
Scrum Rockstar: Attend and contribute to all scrum meetings without fail.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using the right tools. Collaborate with developers for timely fixes.
Test Coverage: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure every detail aligns with requirements.
Develop Test Artefacts: Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for repeatable, reliable results.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver quality results efficiently.
Adhere to QA Standards: Maintain strict adherence to QA best practices while seeking continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on manual QA testing experience.
Technical Expertise: Solid grasp of QA methodologies, techniques, and processes.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot even the smallest defects in software applications.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration.
