Semi Senior SDET at BairesDev
In this role, you are responsible for designing and developing advanced test automation solutions. You'll utilize your skills in programming and testing to ensure software quality, optimize test processes, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
What you will do
Lead the creation and execution of complex automated test suites and frameworks. Mentor junior SDETs and guide them in advanced testing techniques and automation strategies. Collaborate with development teams to enhance test coverage and improve the overall quality of software. Optimize test automation processes for efficiency and reliability. Conduct root cause analysis of complex bugs and collaborate with developers to resolve them. Contribute to the design and implementation of test strategies and methodologies.
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in software development and testing. Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java. Experience with API and UI testing. Advanced knowledge of programming languages used in test automation. Basic IT infrastructure and database knowledge. Experience in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Advanced level of English.
