For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for: QA Engineer (F/M/X - Fulltime) In support of the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products, processes and quality management systems comply with the standards in force (ISO9001, RR standards, etc.) He ensures the continuous improvement of internal processes, supports the operational teams and actively participates in customer satisfaction. Key Tasks Develop, maintain and improve the quality management system as well as the specific requirements of the RR Group. Supervise and coordinate internal, customer and certification audits. Analyze and treat non-conformities related to products and assembly processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Draft, update and disseminate procedures, instructions and quality control plan. Train and raise staff awareness of quality standards and normative requirements Actively participate in the innovation and reliability of processes related to R&D, project engineering, industrialization and production. Profile: Education Industrial or civil engineer (or equivalent) with experience in quality and electromechanical engineering in the industry. Experience & qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in quality management. Fluent in French. Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written) Knowledge of ISO9001 . Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 5W, PDCA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma, etc.). Strong multitasking skills Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent team player.
