About The Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic Pega CDH MarTech Application team. In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives for enterprise-scale personalization and decisioning platforms. The position involves a blend of hands-on testing, strategic planning, and leadership responsibilities. You will define and implement comprehensive test strategies, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive automation efforts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Your collaboration with architects, developers, and product owners will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions that enable personalized marketing and sales experiences. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in QA engineering, preferably within enterprise-scale platforms Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages Experience with Pega CDH or similar decisioning and personalization platforms Solid understanding of functional, regression, performance, and security testing methodologies Experience leading QA planning, estimation, and strategy development Excellent communication and mentorship skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of security standards, scalability, and performance optimization

Responsibilities

Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for large-scale personalization and decisioning platforms Lead QA planning, estimation, and coordination for project deliverables Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks and pipelines Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing across Pega CDH and integrated MarTech platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements Mentor and review test cases, automation scripts, and testing practices for junior QA engineers Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tools, and reporting metrics to enhance efficiency and quality Ensure all solutions meet security, scalability, and performance benchmarks Participate in defect management, root cause analysis, and risk assessments to mitigate issues early in development cycles
