What You’ll Do
As a Senior Human Factors Expert, you will lead complex investigations involving perception, behavior, decision-making, and safety systems. You will provide testimony, manage expert reports, and work directly with clients and legal teams.
Serve as lead expert on human factors cases Conduct and oversee complex analyses and simulations Provide deposition and trial testimony Build and manage client relationships Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in applied human factors, with a strong forensic or legal background PhD preferred in Human Factors, Psychology, or related discipline Proven expert witness experience Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
