Lead and sustain/optimize the company-wide IQMS implementation and related quality processes
Enhance supplier and internal quality through robust processes, incoming inspection improvements, and cross-functional collaboration
Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure products meet standards and customer expectations
BS in Engineering; 8+ years in manufacturing quality and supplier quality management
Experience leading quality management system implementation and audits (Lead Quality Auditor or eligible)
Experience with supplier quality audits, internal quality audits, and ISO 9001
Structured problem solving and strong stakeholder communication
Experience with Supplier Requirements Handbook; ISO 14001/45001
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
Proficiency with Propel; SPC and Minitab; experience leading/ growing teams
Familiarity with two-phase cooling technologies and refrigeration systems

Quality Engineer
Interested in getting in at the ground floor of a new, disruptive company attacking an important multi-billion-dollar problem? Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip cooling technology applicable in the data center, in 5G edge deployments, and in embedded applications such as electric vehicles.
Accelsius is seeking a Quality Engineer to help develop and deliver leading-edge cooling solutions. This role will play a key part in driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the company-wide IQMS system. The Quality Engineer will enhance supplier and internal quality by implementing robust quality processes, improving incoming inspection systems, and supporting process owners in documenting and executing processes with excellence across all operations.
In addition, this position will support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and applicable standards. This role will work cross-functionally to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Quality, based in Austin, Texas.
