Role & seniority: Software Quality Engineer (mid-level to senior) reporting to the quality team lead
Stack/tools: Test automation (unit, integration, API, UI) with Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Cypress, SpecFlow, xUnit, NUnit; CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins); Git; microservices; quality frameworks and tooling
Define, maintain and evolve the Quality tech stack, automation standards, and playbooks
Collaborate with development and product teams to embed quality early in the delivery cycle; provide specialized testing strategies and problem solving
Plan technical training, enablement loops, and contribute to frameworks/tools, forums, and cross-functional quality evolution
Bachelor’s in CS/Software Eng or related field
Solid test automation experience across unit, integration, API, and UI
Proficiency with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Cypress, SpecFlow, xUnit, NUnit)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Knowledge of code quality analysis, test integration in microservices, Git, and modern engineering practices
Programming knowledge in C#
Experience with Test-Driven or Behavior-Driven Development (TDD/BDD)
Technical rigor, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills

Job Description
Integrate into the technical quality team, reporting to the team lead. Define and contribute to the assessment and development of frameworks, platforms, tools, and software quality practices, aligned with the overall strategy. Work closely with development teams, participating in feedback and enablement loops to promote adoption of quality services and capabilities. Collaborate with development and product teams, ensuring quality is embedded from the early stages of the delivery cycle. Define and maintain the Quality tech stack, including frameworks, tools, and automation standards. Review and update the Quality Playbook, ensuring alignment with organizational best practices. Contribute to the development of frameworks, platforms, tools, and quality practices. Plan and organize technical training sessions. Provide specialized support to teams, assisting in technical problem-solving and defining testing strategies. Actively participate in technical forums and contribute to the cross-functional evolution of quality practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Solid experience in test automation (unit, integration, component, API, and UI). Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Cypress, SpecFlow, xUnit, or NUnit. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.). Experience in code quality analysis, code coverage, and test integration in microservices. Ability to define reusable test frameworks and strategies. Experience with version control (Git) and modern engineering practices (branching, code review, observability).
Nice to have: programming knowledge in C# and experience with Test-Driven or Behaviour-Driven Development (TDD/BDD). Technical rigor and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary contexts. Willingness to share knowledge and support other teams. Focus on continuous improvement and process automation.
