Full Description

The Role Plexus is seeking a talented and driven experienced Functional Test Engineer, to join our growing team in our Oradea Design Centre. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and commercialisation of our innovative products, from concept to launch.

As a Functional Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of test solutions for our products. You will utilise your engineering expertise and creativity to create robust and efficient test systems, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products.

This includes

● Developing innovative test concepts and designs using appropriate tools and equipment.
● Performing electrical design and software creation, analysis, and verification.
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product life cycle, from conceptualisation to sustaining engineering.
● Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures.
● Actively contributing to a Lean culture by applying Lean Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste, and improve processes.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the full product realisation process (Conceptualise, Design, Commercialise, Manufacture, Fulfil, and Sustain).

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ideally, you will have
