Role & seniority: Principal Component Validation Engineer, Heterogeneous Integration Group (HBM-focused)

Ensure silicon meets product expectations; debug, identify root causes, and implement fixes (design or process)
Define, validate, and maintain HBM component validation testing flows and equipment; troubleshoot and refine testing programs
Collaborate with Design Validation, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and GQ to address returns, reliability, and data-driven improvements; provide technical training and presentations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with ~10+ years in memory semiconductor hardware/software
Proficiency in Linux, Python/C/C++, Verilog, UVM; experience with git/svn
Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities; effective teamwork, communication, and data analysis
Basic understanding of HBM/DRAM operations and computer networking
Experience in DV/QA workflows, reliability programs, and customer-facing problem resolution
Data interpretation, technical training delivery, and on-the-job training (OJT) capabilities
Prior work in memory/semiconductor hardware environments and familiarity with testing equipment and validation flows
