ELECTRONICS QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. The role is focused on developing control plans, managing non-conformance processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards: ISO9001, ISO14001 and other applicable regulations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality processes across the organization.
Experience in working with quality methods: FMEA, SPC, CAPA. Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. Russian language is considered as an advantage. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
