Description
We are seeking a proactive SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to drive quality and efficiency by designing and building robust test automation frameworks for our enterprise web and mobile applications.
This pivotal role is central to integrating quality checks directly into our DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
The ideal candidate is a proficient coder with a strong background in test architecture and a passion for automating everything.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain reusable, data-driven automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium and Appium.
CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Implement and manage the integration of automated tests with Continuous Integration (CI) platforms (Jenkins, Azure, or AWS) and utilize Git for version control.
API & Performance Testing: Perform comprehensive API testing (e.g., using Postman/Rest Assured) and execute/analyze Load and Performance tests to validate application benchmarks.
Technical Mentorship: Collaborate with developers on quality best practices and mentor junior team members on automation techniques and framework utilization.
Test Strategy: Design and maintain effective test plans and modular test cases that ensure high regression coverage across all application layers.
