Role & seniority: Photonics Test Development Engineer (early-to-mid level; individual contributor)
Stack/tools: Optical alignment systems; Silicon Photonics PICs; lasers and detectors; test platforms and burn-in stations; motion stages; Python for instrument control and automation; SolidWorks (nice-to-have)
Design, develop, and qualify test platforms for internal validation and manufacturing deployment

Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.
