Role & seniority: VIE System Validation Engineer (early-career/associate level), 12-month assignment

Define and verify software specifications and integration for product components
Check interfaces, ensure version/lifecycle/quality conformance, and organize design discussions
Develop software elements from specs, support coding/debugging, ensure robust integration, and monitor production readiness
Bachelor's or Master’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in software development, integration, testing, or industrialization of embedded/automotive systems
Fluent English; strong communication and international mindset

Your challenges?
You understand software architecture and define software specifications and integration for various product components for industrial purposes You verify that software components meet version, lifecycle, quality standards, and expected qualifications You check interfaces between software components and organize workshops or discussions to clarify software design requirements for manufacturing You create software elements based on defined specifications and ensure proper integration You understand industrial processes and propose automation improvements You support software coding, optimization, debugging, and robustness design for industrialization You communicate effectively within the project team to secure production launch and coordinate cross-functional activities You monitor, report, and escalate issues when needed, providing regular updates to the research and development team manager
Let’s Talk About You…
You are graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field You already have experience in software development, integration, testing, or industrialization of embedded or automotive systems You have a fluent level of English (Japanese or French is a plus) You have good communication skills, have an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking You are humble, a good listener, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have a sense of diplomacy Experience with software coding, industrial processes, or digitalization tools is a plus
