What will you do

The Automation Test Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of digital solutions through continuous testing, optimization, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. The candidate will leverage strong technical expertise in Appium, WebdriverIO, and API testing tools to improve test coverage, accelerate delivery, and maintain product excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile (iOS & Android) and web platforms.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
Integrate automated tests with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Execute test suites on BrowserStack and other cloud-based platforms.
Analyze and debug test failures, providing root cause analysis and actionable resolutions.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA leads, and product teams to enhance software quality.
Implement and maintain BDD frameworks (Cucumber with TypeScript/Java).
Mentor junior QA team members and promote automation best practices.
Drive process improvements and automation optimization initiatives.
