Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for regression and smoke testing using Selenium and/or AccelQ. Perform comprehensive functional testing of applications, with a focus on D365 environments. Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quality expectations. Conduct regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support. Log, track, and manage defects; participate in defect triage and verify fixes. Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in QA testing (both automation and functional). Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (AccelQ experience is a plus). Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) testing. Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing automation frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
